Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been planning on moving to Portland for a while now and will
be moving from Indianapolis with Bran(my pup) in May. I am excited
for a fresh start and if Bran knew about all the hikes we're going
to go on, I'm sure he would be too. I am looking for new friends in
a new city. If that ends up becoming something more, then that
would be pretty okay too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in software development but I'm not doing too much
development of my own. I like building things and having a sense of
ownership with what I am working on. I've been focusing on becoming
a much stronger developer, so hopefully this becomes a reality and
I can find a more fulfilling and challenging job once I make the
move to Portland.
Note: Know what you want to do. Be careful with what you get good
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
One liners, puzzles, being awesome, being humble, self awareness,
empathy, losing my train of thought... Like most everyone else in
the world, I am the best driver and everyone else is terrible,
especially people from not where I'm from...also
sarcasm...remembering my train of thought later(usually much
later)...rambling on about my favorite things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my ability to high five...probably my hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

The Harry Potter books will always have a special place in my
heart. I recently read the Song of Ice and Fire Series(Game of
Thrones). I have too many favorite shows; Futurama, True Detective,
The Office, The Wire, Breaking Bad, Silicon Valley, Game of
Thrones, Misfits, Skins, Cheers, Pardon the Interruption, The
Wonder Years, Parks and Rec, Boy Meets World, Top Chef(team Dougie,
but Gregory would be okay too)...there's probably more. I don't
know that I have a favorite song but my friends will probably tell
you that "Return of the Mack" is it since I request it every time
dancing is involved. John Legend(Get Lifted is probably my all time
favorite album), Modest Mouse, Kid Cudi, Adele, Spoon, Lana Del
Rey, etc...it's a pretty mixed bag and I could keep going. Same
goes for food; I'm a big foodie and I'll eat and enjoy almost
anything with the exception of cottage cheese...that is the worst.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Bran(he's not the direwolf I thought he would grow to be, but
he's my adorable disappointment)
2. The knowledge that dinosaurs were here at one point.
3. Netflix/Hulu/HBO Go(these are all one thing)
4. A favorite hoodie
5. Trident sugar free tropical twist gum
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
moving, programming, whether I'd be in gryffindor or ravenclaw,
food, which five movies I'd take if I could have five movies on a
deserted island(assuming the island has a tv).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
...for a guy that thinks he is the smartest person on the planet, I
can be kind of an idiot.
