Hello! First and foremost, I must get out there that I am polyamorous. I am happily married to my best friend iestyn and have a very strong, healthy relationship with my boyfriend. My boyfriend has moved a distance away so I don't get to see him as often as I'd like these days but he is still very important to me. That being said, I may be busy but I certainly have time to devote to another potential relationship.

Apart from all of that, I am a Nurse. I specialize in Pediatric Home care and really love my job. I have always viewed Nursing as a calling that I finally answered, graduating from Nursing school in 2006. But I have been a Nurses Aide of some sort or another for over ten years before that.

I also love animals and am owned by four nutty cats that keep me laughing. They can drive me crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have very close relationships with my friends, some of who have become my family. My relationship with my blood family has been tenuous at times as i tend to march to my own drummer. I refer to myself as the tie dyed sheep in my family, a bit different from the black sheep but not in step with the republican, Christian majority of my family.
I feel very accepted by chosen family whereas I have not always felt that from the blood family.

My husband has been Pagan since long before we met, whereas I have always been some sort of Christian type, mainly UU. However, in the last few months, I have realized my affiliations have changed and I am now out of the closet and Pagan. I am fairly ecclectic in my path at this time.

I tend to be a balance of introvert and extrovert, depending on my mood and the vibe of the group I am interacting with. I am NOT afraid to make the first move but like someone that might want to too.

My life is filled with learning. I am always trying new things and figuring out what works for me and what doesn't. I make a lot of mistakes but I am not afraid to make those mistakes. I just try to not keep making the same mistakes.

So I am pretty much floating through this life, learning and loving as I can. Never say never. ;)

I am really good at making small talk with strangers, out shopping, at the gym, anywhere.

Well, it used to be the fact that I am pretty tall (5'10"") and stacked. :)

Now it would appear (in warmer weather) that I am mainly stopped by people so they can ask me about my tattoos. The 2 on my arms, 1 on my chest, and 1 on my ankle are BEAUTIFUL and garner a lot of attention. :)

I'm a pizza fanatic! I have become very good at making pizza and strombolis since my hubby bought me a bread machine. I love cooking for friends and my stromboli is one of the most requested items for me to make.

I love goofy comedies. I am self-proclaimed sap so I also love a good romance (if it's done well).

I tend to read the backs of books and see if the story appeals to me. I just finished Trilogy of Sleeping Beauty, written by Anne Rice under the name of A.N. Roquelaure. They were page turners let me tell you. I'm sorry to be done with them.

I have fairly eclectic musical tastes: Blackmore's Night, Mika, and Mary Chapin Carpenter are in my car right now but I have a deep love for 80s music (Hair bands and all).

I spend a lot of time thinking about the future and the past. Where am I going and how did I get where I am. :)

On Fridays, my husband and I are usually hanging out watching TV and eating pizza. Friday nights are usually our chill times as the week is so busy. A time to relax before the weekend.

I'm afraid of the dark. No, really.
