My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Been living in Santa Cruz for about a year, after spending some time in Palo Alto, NYC before that, and grew up in Seattle. I'm a huge fan of everything the Bay Area (especially Santa Cruz) has to offer and am always stoked to explore new things. Mainly enjoy surfing, other ocean-related activities, hiking, drinking beer and eating food.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Work for a software company downtown, surfing whenever there are waves and praying for snow (doesn't seem to be working -__-).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Planning travel months in advance.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Unusual sunburns in the wintertime.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I'll get on random kicks. Recently, it took me four months to read Walden, then re-read Into Thin Air in four days. Right now I'm reading a collection of short stories called the Adventerous Aquatic.

Movies: Not a huge movie buff, but I enjoy comedies and dramas. Anything with Leo DiCaprio.

Shows: Don't watch much TV besides Seinfeld re-runs.

Food: Strong preference towards burritos, but I'll eat most foods (not a huge fan of Indian tho).

Music: Pretty much anything from classic rock to rap to to country to EDM. I'll go to shows if friends organize them but don't really seek out.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Polo T-shirts (preferably grey)
2. Slip-on Vans (suggestions for new colors appreciated - currently ratty blue)
3. PB&J Sandwiches (I eat at least one a day)
4. Sunscreen (although I don't apply enough)
5. GPS
6. Wool Socks and Long Johns (it gets cold at night....)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Whether or not my bike has been stolen.

The next travel destination. This year I'm excited to go to Hawaii, London, NYC, Baja and Seattle.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I like to wake up early on Saturdays and do stuff (unless there is something special planned on Friday) so generally low-key, just hanging out and going to bed early.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
In any given year, I have no idea who won the Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Finals, etc.
