My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm Hodge. I tend to be as ridiculous as possible to get people to laugh. If you don't enjoy being silly as well may want to skip me. I'm your almost stereotypical 20something, don't always know what I'm doing or where I'm going, but I'm always in for adventure.

I like flaws and feel more comfortable around people who have them. I myself am made entirely of flaws stitched together with good intentions.

I would write more here but it seems a bit misplaced, because then you skip the whole learning about someone phase and thats always fun.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

finishing up my computer science degree. neeeerrdddyyyyy. just built an arcade cabinet for laughs and nba jam. next project: making the backyard look pretty(minor landscape architecture). this is especially tricky with the 100degree summer weather and lack of energy after summer classes.

I tend to wear t-shirts that get attention. or my tattoo if I'm at the pool. always get comments about that one.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

book: the hobbit. got hooked as a kid and never left the fantasy world. recently read perks of being a wallflower(lol such a good book i forgot the title). was decent enough. read all the typical sci-fi stuff and normal list of authors you see everyone else put down(dick, lovecraft, asmiov, palahniuk, HST, brooks, jordan, elliot). while i tend to like all of them reading their complete works makes you wish some authors just had a "greatest hits" compilation.

movies: huge range, but don juan de marco is king ding dong on this list. predator is a close second, and army of darkness rounds out the top 3. iron giant gets honorable mention since its one of the only movies to make me cry.

music: everything but pop country. i get into music phases and sometimes focus on just 1-2 styles of bands but i enjoy most everything. dethklok has actually gotten a lot of plays lately but tomorrow it might be a tribe called quest or rush, who knows. there has been a lot of SRV lately.

food: i cook a ton. so, nothing specific, just use flavor for fun. dieting lately has caused a drop in my experimentation but i still cook a lot for friends just so i don't get rusty.

sitting around on the couch with friends being silly. sometimes local music show but i can be fickle on those. been too busy playing katamari damacy lately and rolling cats and watermelons into giant balls.
