Most people notice my sense of humor, which is on the dry and sarcastic side. If I try to tell a joke it will fall flat in a heartbeat. My humor does not translate on a silly computer. I'm a bit bawdy but will tell you I don't get it. One must act like a lady, Right? On that note...I semi cuss like a sailor and try to work on reducing that every day.
I recently had someone tell me they are looking for something magical. That is a little out of reality for me, life is not easy and a fairy tale does not exist. I do believe chemistry is something that is a must but one needs to always remember that once the ingredients are mixed then it can take time to cook.
Like most women, I work hard at staying fit and healthy but the skinny gene does not exist in my family. I love my curves. Discovered Crossfit a few years ago and love it. If your not sure what a Burpee is YouTube it then do fifty.
Getting out and enjoying life is important to me. I don't mind staying at home and cleaning but if I can, I will drop whatever I'm doing to get out and meet with friends and enjoy a lunch. That dust bunny will be there when I get back.
I copied this from another profile but find it rings very true for many woman. If you are not interested in me then think of this with one you are interested in.
"What do I look for in a man? I want someone who is good at being themselves. I want a man who isn't too afraid or too lazy to stand up and be a man. I'm a traditional woman at heart. Open doors, hold my hand, take charge. If you want me, come get me. If you want to kiss me, then for crying out loud grab me and kiss me....and maybe even pull my hair a little if the spirit moves you. I want a man who can make me feel like a woman. Not sure what I mean by that? Then you're probably not the one for me. Don't be confused though, I stand on my own two feet and take care of myself quite nicely thankyouverymuch. I have a good job and a comfortable life. I don't need a man to take care of my business, I need a man to take care of me. (And if you think that's just about sex, move on.) A strong woman is not always a hard woman."
