INTERESTED IN DATING MOSTLY (AND MAKING SOME FRIENDS; and partnership at some point) with someone who is into fitness (running and weight lifting are ideal, but not required) AND who also has communication, emotional and relational skills.
Progressive, expressive, ability and and desire to be emotionally vulnerable, generous of spirit, loyal, reliable,
nurturing, playful, able to be loving, optimistic more of the time than not and open- minded. Sense of humor, some adventurousness and some wit go a long way.

Bonus POINTS if you are interested in breath and tantra like myself, can massage very well like myself, and or are in business management or healing work.

I am the above and playful, creative, growth oriented, spiritual not religious, nurturing, loyal, have a deep heart and mind, am involved in fitness, nutrition, healing, teaching, qi gong, massage, reiki, raw food, green juicing.
. If you happen to like or be interested in running/moving and weightlifting, I run 3-4 miles 6 days a week and weightlift Thursday eve and Sunday afternoon.

When the time is right (not in mind ego state, but universe', tes, spirit), I also seek lifelong relationship.
