Grew up in the Berkeley (went to Cal), lived in other places before returning for my doctorate.

Always been active and striving for a healthy lifestyle. Love the outdoors, working out (rowing), finding my center (yoga), cycling, dancing (whenever possible :-), good conversation (anything on NPR), travel, skiing, whitewater rafting/kayaking/camping adventures, or just plain hangin' out.

Finding balance living the dream. I am a professor/author/consultant.
Last year I started a business with some friends to work on interesting projects to make our world a better place. I look forward to telling you more if we meet/chat.

This all sounds interesting. You are smart, have your ship in decent shape, care about those around you, what's going on in the world, but sometimes just want to escape for an adventure/to relax :-)
In the end, I'm looking to develop a meaningful, caring, and growing relationship to explore new adventures, weather storms and enjoy relaxing sunsets:-)That's the goal at least. We'll never know unless we try. Cheers!
