I am brilliant, awesome, and random.

My Self-Summary

I've found love.

In my camera.

Ever since I got my camera at the beginning of the summer, it's all I've thought about. Maybe it's because I've invested too much in it to stop playing with it. I read about it all day, I think about it all night. I want to take a picture all the time.

No, it's not a girl I'm looking for now. It's a muse. Someone who inspires me. Someone who's image begs to be captured. Not just because she's beautiful, but because there's so much more to her that I wouldn't be able to stop taking pictures because I simply wouldn't be able to capture all there is to her.

As for whatever was in my profile before, it can stay for now...

I'm not very Asian, whatever that means. I hate starting more than 2 sentences in a row with "I". See how I didn't start this one with "I"? I drive fast when no one's looking. I hate school, but love learning. I like fishing because it's a metaphor for dating. I still keep in touch with my friends from high school. I've been a groomsman in 5 weddings (best man twice). I. I. i.

A friend once analyzed me and told me that I'm attracted to tragic girls that need saving, but they're bad for me. So if that's you, stay away!

So if you're not in need of saving and someone unique, we might be a good fit. I love people who are passionate about something. Anything. If scrap-booking is your thing, then go all out at it! If you love cars, or computers, or cats, or custard, or anything else that starts with a "C" then shout it to the world.

Don't half ass it.

I'm pretty random.

What I’m doing with my life

Just being generally awesome. Working for the coolest company on the planet and doing something I find absolutely fascinating! I'm pretty damn good at it too.

Pursuing knowledge.

Capturing moments.

I’m really good at

Fixing things! (Computers, cars, relationships, socio-economic crises, crying babies, etc.)

I also think I'm a good judge of character.

The first things people usually notice about me

My shavey head.

Or that I look much younger than I am.

I'm told my lips aren't bad either.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I don't like to read fiction, but my favorite book is the Picture of Dorian Gray and my screen name here comes The Book of Five Rings. Give me a good programming manual, though...woo! Rapt delight! No, not really. I do read Wired religiously though.

Currently reading: Wired

I don't watch a lot of TV, but I love Scrubs and The Daily Show.

Not too picky about my music. I usually listen to whatever's on KROQ, but I also like hip hop, electronica, or whatever else is catchy. My roommate in college only listened to country, so sometimes I find myself lingering on a country radio station a little longer than I should.

Food: Sushi. I could eat sushi til I fall over. (Because it goes well with Japanese beer. Not because I ate too much.) I eat out ALL. THE. TIME. so I have to keep it varied or else it gets boring, which means I love trying new restaurants. In general, any Asian food tops the list: Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, etc. I could just as easily go for Jack in the box. Burgers at The Counter. Cheesesteak from Philly's Best. Jack Daniel's anything from TGIFriday's.

I'm hungry again.

I also love video games. I could play SimCity all day long. Wii Sports - Tennis. Gran Turismo (just the first one on the original playstation). I was a god in World of Warcraft once. ExciteBike and Contra on the NES. And I could beat Puzzle Bobble/Bust-a-move on one quarter at the arcade.

The six things I could never do without

Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride

(That's 7, but don't tell anyone I cheated.)

This profile field is asinine. But really, the world would be a pretty boring place with out these things.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

The Next Big Thing.

The Information Age.

Life, the universe, and everything.

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually at a sushi restaurant. Or in front of a computer. Or stumbling down PCH and flopping down on the side of the road outside the sushi restaurant. Or at Barnes & Noble.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

i can be an grammer and speling nazi

You should message me if

--you want to say hi.

--you want me to fix your computer.
--you have a kickass website to show me.
--you're old school. You were on the internet before AOL, Friendster before social networking was cool, and had a Pager before 2-way.
--???
--PROFIT!!

Or if we're 50% or higher enemies. It'd be cool to have an arch-nemesis.

But you should really message me if you didn't take this profile - and probably this whole site - all that seriously. The internet is serious business!
