My Self-Summary
I am employed full time after 8 years of college and grad school.
There will be no more school after this, but I am really looking
forward to establishing myself professionally. I have four grown
children, five grandchildren and am trying to recover from a
kitchen remodel.....I have my life together and am happy. I would
love to find someone who is also in a good place in their life. I
don't need fixing and I don't plan on fixing you.
What I’m doing with my life
I finished my BSW in 6/07 and finish my MSW 12/08. I want to work
with people and like making a difference. I just finished one
career (at one place for nearly 14 years) and it was the best job
in the world. I can name less than 5 days that I didn't love my
job. I believe that part of that is my own perspective....I am
positive and look for the good in every situation. I also refuse to
work at a job that I don't enjoy, life is too short to hate what
you are doing for work.

The first things people usually notice about me
I have a big smile and love to laugh, and I care about people. (oh,
and the green hair, I guess they notice that too)
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Amelie (movie); almost anything (music) --currently listening to
the pierces-- books? thrillers, stephen king, etc....food? I am a
vegetarian, so I prefer that it has never been alive or had a
mother (or face)

I spend a lot of time thinking about
being true to myself and what I believe in. Reaching goals and how
my everyday decisions impact whether I am moving towards or away
from my goals.
On a typical Friday night I am
spending the night with one of my grandkids. Three of the five live
locally, so they take turns having "grandma friday"
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I have been way too busy to work on the personal life, but that is
changing. I believe in love and monogamy and working together to
make a good life.
