I have many nerdy hobbies, and am pretty much a nerd overall, so you know, if that's your thing then great! If not, well, I think nerds are in style now so you're in luck! I love to travel, I have been to 4 continents and would like to increase that number soon... I believe in monogamy, chivalry, and karma. I have been told I have a great sense of humor. I love music, and love listening to music, actually sitting down and listening. I am not a huge fan of live music, but I have been to concerts of all kinds, from rock to full orchestras.

Nerdy things, from designing and building electronic devices to playing pinball at the arcade, I do a lot of things pretty well. Importantly I know what I am not good at, and seek out the advice of people knowledgeable in those subjects.

books... Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, anything by James Burke or Anthony Bourdain... I read mostly reference texts, really exciting stuff... I intend to read some of the more important texts some day, I really do.

movies... I love movies... Star Wars, Monty Python's The Quest for the Holy Grail, Moon, American Beauty, Wayne's World, Officespace, the James Bond series, the Bourne series (except that new one, what was up with that movie?), Leon - The Professional (the foreign version), The Shawshank Redemption, Waiting... that's all I can think of, I have hundreds of movies on my media server so there's always something to watch

music, I love music, a lot, and I like a decent range of music I think... from classic rock like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Doors. To around the 90's/2000's Alternative/Rock... Foo Fighters, Incubus, Greenday, Nirvana, NIN, Radiohead, Cake... Also enjoy classical (Beethoven, Mozart, Holst, Saint-Saëns, etc), Jazz (ex. Dave Brubeck), downtempo to relax, and some EDM (?) like deadmau5, Armin van Buuren etc especially when I have to work late nights!

food... mmm... food, I like Asian food, sushi, Thai, Vietnamese... I also love Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern and Ethiopian... I am willing to try just about anything...
