My Self-Summary
I'm in a serious relationship, with a little 2 year old boy. We all
live out by Loch Lomond, which is wonderful!
I don't agree with politics or follow any religion. I prefer to follow my own instinct on what faith may be. Since I'm learning something new everyday, my ideas and beliefs are constantly evolving.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm a full-time mother at the moment, but once he goes into nursery
next year, I intend to go back to university to get a degree in
Midwifery.
Now I know some people may not consider being a full-time mother as actual work. They seem to believe it is just sitting around being unemployed... (ie: www.spookyturtle.com/declassified-ad-fluffgirl/). I personally find it to be most rewarding. I have a beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted son who benefits from having his mother around during his most important 1st two years..

I love to draw, my speciality is comic art, especially Japanese
Manga style. I
haven't really done much lately, not really had the time to sit in
peace and quiet. Now Spookyturtle has some theory on why I'm so
interested in Japan.. I hate to disagree with him, but
unfortunately he is wrong.. My love of the country comes from the
history, the art and the mythology, rather than a guilt over
Hiroshima. I love anime and manga for the wonderful artwork, the
way it is used as a medium to retell ancient legends, to give
warnings of possible futures and also for the beautifully bizarre
as well..
I also love to cook and to bake. My son is just becoming interested in baking too and we have loads of fun in the kitchen..
I suppose there are other things I'm good at, but at the risk of offending dear little spookyturtles sensibilities, I'll keep them to myself..

Fav book; the Princess Bride, Handmaids Tale or Job still

Fav movie; Akira, Ghost in the shell & the sequel. Love Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror anything that doesn't reside in reality, especially if it's got Zombies.
I do enjoy Anime, what was it Spookyturtle called it... oh yes: "shameful cel-shaded glow of fan-subtitled cartoons"
Fav music; it can vary. Will listen to all types, you got to hear it first to know if you like it. That's why a Persian, Celtic, Ethnic, J-pop, Rock, Classical, Bluesy, Jazzy girl like myself goes out with a elotropic DJ, don't ask me to explain, don't get it myself.
Love all foods really, especially Garlic and spicy foods. Prefer vegetarian meals, though I'm not veggie, just not overly keen on the taste of meat at times. I'm a OmniVeg...(mmm, maybe I'll market that)
