I am a funny, intelligent, outgoing person who just wants to enjoy life day by day. I always try to keep myself very centered and happy, and I try and exude that onto others as well.

I am a goofy, silly person that just chooses the right moments to show it.

Last year I finished up school at UCSC, and now I'm living in San Francisco. Such an exciting city!
I really enjoy puzzles and challenges that really make me think.

I love to play music!

I also am quite an outdoorsy person. I'm always down to go for a hike in someplace new. I love to go backpacking or camping and I usually head up to Tahoe a few times a year to go snowboarding. Recently I got into slacklining and have been going out rather frequently with friends.

And I love traveling! Last summer I went on a big backpacking trip around Europe and had a blast. I already want to start planning my next one :)

Recently I've been on a sci-fi binge, my most recent including
Manifest Time, Hyperion, Hard boiled wonderland and the end of the world, the Hitchhikers guide series.
Some other favorites are Stranger in a strange land, Catch-22, and Harry Potter.

Lately I haven't been watching too much TV, but I enjoy shows that can make me think. I really can't stand to watch much cable TV, there are just way too many cop dramas to hold any original content.

Food:
Just about anything... Huge fan of Indian, Thai, Sushi, Burgers...
For cooking I'm usually experimenting with stir frys of various types, and whatever random recipes I'll find on the internet. My favorite recent one was a Bourbon glazed salmon and couscous.

Music! Now, I'm not one of the people that walks around all day with headphones on but that's only because there's a constant stream of music going on in my head.

At a party or hanging out with friends. Maybe playing in the band at the party. Usually hanging around in SF, Santa Cruz, San Jose, or Oakland.
I feel like Friday is the night everyone should go enjoy themselves and enjoy being done for the week! Although sometimes a night in and a movie are in order.

My family has jokingly told me I have a repetitive noise disorder because I will frequently be tapping along to songs I hear or music in my head. I can't help it, sometimes I just get sucked into a beat or pattern. Although I try not to let it annoy people :P
