My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have fun doing anything... somehow. I have an awesome black lab who goes everywhere with me. I like to juggle while I'm sitting in traffic, which is quite often. Some of the things I do at 2 am are just not a good idea.

I don't have a child, that's just an awesome family friend. Did not realize that would be so misleading..

Let's just say I'm having fun while staying on the lookout.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Consulting in the wine distribution industry. I train, sell wine, and consult restaurants/bars on their wine lists.... That has now taken the backseat to me managing our warehouse.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Anything I try hard at I guess. I'm a good shot (with a gun I mean, I do hunt), mountainbike, and am decently smart. Add grilling to that list.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile and more recently that I have a very proper laugh.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm not going to list everything because there is way too much but:

Books:
1984. It's a warning, not a guidebook.
The Night Circus
Devil in the White City
Anything by Lewis Grizzard

Movies:
Just about any funny or dark movie. Random range but there is a balance. Also, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Dances with wolves, Kevin Costner is a 90's god

Shows:
The Office is great. Workaholics, pretty much my life (without working at a call center). Sons of Anarchy

Food:
I am a grillmaster so pretty much any food I put on my grill is my favorite food.

Music:
I like any music (Ramones, My Chemical Romance, Allman Brothers, Panic at the Disco, I like variety)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My dog (as I said, she goes everywhere with me)
2. My job ( finally have a job coinciding with my career)
3. My bestfriend (the only other person who gets me)
4. Family (wouldn't be who I am if not for my parents)
5. Bloody steak (meat should still have grass stains on it)
6. Wine (self explanatory)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Putting together wine lists for restaurants with all the right varietals, prices, seasons, import times, consistency, cross referencing other restaurants in the area making sure they don't have the same wines, the list goes on...
And why after 26 years I still can't spell restaurant right the first time?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with my best friend on the driveway or at the bar. More recently finding projects to make our awesome house even better, it's working too.. I'm never opposed to a random trip to the beach as long as I can bring my wine with me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Nope

You can drink, but not like an Irishman, that's my job; though I won't look down on it. Like to hike, bike, shoot, or just hang out in a random small town bar. I guess I should add that I'm a sucker for good posture; apparently slouching is becoming en vogue.
