What I’m doing with my life

I spend my winters in Louisiana, Florida, and Arizona, and my spring in Texas. I spend the warm months in the Northeast. I mostly work renaissance festivals and music festivals. I spin fire as a past time. I also spend an inordinate amount of time online when I have the capability of doing so. Much of that time is researching random things that I have come across in the world.

I wouldn't say really good, but I don't suck at crystal stix, hoopdance, intelligent thought, roughing it, loving life

The first things people usually notice about me

Depends on how they meet me. In a small group they would notice the small girl who looks 17 either sitting there not saying anythin, but listening closely, or maybe telling a story, or expressing a random thought that came through a tangent. At work, I am a bundle of energy, always smiling and keeping active hooping or playing with stix. People there would be surprised to see me grumpy or letharic.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My favorite books are most prevalently, but not limited to Harry Potter, The Black Jewel Trilogy, Brave New World, The Neverending Story, A Wrinkle in Time, The Giver, The Road Dog's Diary, and Ender' Game.

My favorite movies are Fern Gully and Into The Wild

My current playlist consists of Ryan Montbleau Band, Sufjan Stevens, Dispatch, Rehab, Eminem, Ani Difranco, Newton Faulkner, Matisyahu, Michael Franti and Spearhead, The Mountain Goats, Beat Antique, John Butler Trio, Xavier Rudd, Slightly Stoopid, and Gnarles Barkley

I like to eat real burritos when I am in AZ, I like Thai food and Sushi everywhere, Catfish in Louisiana, Bagels in New York. At home I eat a lot of rice, a lot of cheese, steak, chicken, taco pizza's, potatoes, and fruits. Lots of coffee too. Sometime I bring green in there, and garlic is my best friend.

The six things I could never do without

I could never do without my car, my tent, my computer, my access to books, my friends, my toys. Knock on wood for putting that into writing.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

friendship, freedom, what I am doing now, where I'll be next month, new moves, learning new trick with my toys (poi, stix, hoop, yo yo, learning new stuff in general.

On a typical Friday night I am

Hanging out with friends, before an early bedtime. I work opposite of everyone else, just on the weekends.
