My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm a serial entrepreneur. I put myself through college. Started and sold my own web development company in college. Worked in the corporate world - hated it at the department level - might like it at the executive level. I moved to Springfield to start my own business with my mother. We have about 30 employees. I was born in Phoenix, and moved to Central Illinois when I was 5. Went to school in Daytona Beach for a semester, then went to Iowa State University. Worked in Chicago for 2 years. Loved the big city. I'm a student pilot. I was in the US Air Force Auxiliary for 12 years. Did lots of volunteer work, cadet training, leadership training, etc.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I would consider myself retired at 28, as I haven't worked their for more than 1 day a week for the past 2 months.

I'm currently figuring out what I do next.

I'm halfway done with my MBA. I don't need it professionally, except that I want to be a college lecturer/professor some day - which requires at least a masters. I might get a PhD some day.

I also want to be a flight instructor. I love to teach.

I love to travel. I've never been to San Francisco or New York City. I went to France for 3 weeks.

I'm 6'5". I currently shave my head.

It takes people a while to get past by outer shell or business attitude. I'm always being told I intimidate people.

People think I'm much more serious than I really am. I laugh about almost everything.

My most favorite movie is Good Will Hunting. Top 10 - Old School, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, 10 Things I Hate About You, What Women Want, You've Got Mail, Rounders, The GodFather, Catch Me If You Can, Band of Brothers. I love Band of Brothers. I've probably watched it 20 times. I think they are the greatest generation.

My most favorite TV show is currently The Unit. Of all time is the West Wing - I own seasons 1 through 4. Current Top 20 - Chuck, NCIS, Las Vegas, Numbers, Grey's Anatomy, ER, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Jericho, Friday Night Lights, Eureka, Nip/Tuck, Mad Men, October Road, Two and a Half Men, The Riches, Shark, Stargate Atlantis, Dirt, Brothers & Sisters.

My most favorite music is Alternative Rock & Acoustic (especially acoustic covers of alternative songs) I like almost all music - except most Hip Hop/Rap (although you will find some in my playlist), twangy Country (I'm talking the old stuff I don't like.), Opera (I do like Pavarotti). It's hard to say who my most favorite is, because it changes based on my mood or how often I listen to them.

My favorite food is Mexican. Followed by Italian. I've tried Sushi and don't really like it - I'd have to be in a good place to try it again.

UPDATE: I'm not really looking for someone with children. Typically, I find you have made some bad decisions. It may be selfish, but I know the kids will always come first, in these types of relationships. My heart goes out to you if you are a single mom. My mom was. If you think you're different and you want me to reconsider, let me know. I'll never say never.
