Caucasian, blonde hair, green eyes, some freckles. Twenty-four
years old. Can be surly at times.
Bites when being playfull,
thumb sucker. Has been
temperament tested but needs a little attitude adjusting
occasionally. She is current on all shots, is relatively healthy
and can be affectionate. Gets along well with other girls and boys
but does not like to share her toys or attention and therefore
would do best in a one-Sarah household. She is a very quick learner
and is completely housetrained.
I am a paid accountant and a struggling photographer and writer. I
recently redeclared my entire academic career, and will be majoring
in literature with a minor in photography, all while simultaneously
working towards becoming a RN, so I am pretty much going to be in
school for the rest of my life... aside from that, I am catching up
on the 4 years I lost with my
family while I was in the military by
spending as much time with them as comfortably possible and
catching as many local shows as time allows.
Looking like I am working when I am not. Making fun of people.
Arguing a point until it is dead and irrelevant. Making vague
statements. Shooting big
guns. Making cookies. Inadvertently guilt
tripping people. Coming up with retarded ways to ammuse myself.
Self-Aid/Buddy-Care
I kinda don't like people when I first meet them. It takes about
4-5 forced interactions for me to start feeling that someone is a
worth-while human being.
I think people tend to get that 'bitch' vibe from me as a
result.
I **am** working on my trust issues&trying to be more open to
new people, and it seems to be working out for me.(mostly)
well here are the *short* lists(in no order whatsoever):
books:
I know why caged birds sing, flowers in the attic, the giver, he's
just not that into you, pretty much any book by Dean Koontz, where
the wild things are, The Georgia Nicholson Journals, Sarah's Key,
Number the Stars, Black Boy: American Hunger, The Anita Blake
series and that harry potter kid... although in all honesty, I will
read pretty much anything that I can get my hands on, especially if
it has to do with vampires, sex, or witches. Oh, and if it can make
me laugh in public, it gets double kudos.
movies:
Tears of the sun,the little mermaid, dazed and confused, super
troopers, city of God,
boondock saints, the brothers,
mean girls, brokeback mountain, accepted, the emperors new groove,
kiss kiss
bang bang, knocked up, Superbad, forgetting sarah marshall,
pearl harbor, lucky number slevin, lock stock and 2 smokin
barrells, ps I love you, Pineapple Express,
The Dark Knight.
Tele:
Will and Grace, 6 feet under, the Office(BBC version), Coupling,
Arrested Developement, Dexter, Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother,
Freaks&Geeks, Rescue Me, True Blood and
Sharks Hockey!!!
(though in all honesty, I rarely get to watch any of those, unless
it is 2am, I can't sleep, and I have it on disk.)
music:
I listen to everything really. Right now I am REALLY into various
sorts of rock such as
Pink Floyd, Hendrix,
Marley, The Doors, Sublime, Led
Zepplin, Staind,
Rancid, stone sour, evans blue, forty
duece, anberlin,Operation Ivy,
the Ramones, avenged sevenfold,
johnny cash, sevendust, misfits, danzig, one less reason, the used,
rise against, senses fail, The Smiths, Rhett Miller, the Old 97s,
paramore and the eagles(just to name a few...LOL). I <3
Tried&True and think
everyone should worship them, but that could just be because I am
related to the bass player and am therefore biased. Another local
band that heart hella hard is
The Factory Minds-the pretty
much rock my socks off. Due to the late/great Adam-Shmadam,
Coheed and
Cambria will always hold a special place in my heart as well as
on my MP3 player. I am a total
Beatles Freak, and turn to their lyrics
for guidance and advice in my life.
Food:
Gogurt, Applesauce, pickles,
salad, sweet potatos,
homecooked meals.....
unfortunately, my diet is highly restricted do to the fact that I
have an autoimmune disease called Celiac& as a result will get
violently ill(and possibly end up in the hospital) if I consume
wheat, barley, or rye.
that varies week to week, but you will probably find me doing one
of the following:
-writing 12 page research papers that were asigned to me weeks
before, and are due the next monday.
-starfishing on my bed after coming home from hiking up
shakalakadaka road.
-hitting up a local show.
-hanging out with one or more of my siblings.
-hijacking my neices and taking them to the Jungle so I can stay
the favorite Auntie.
-conducting a band practice in which absolutely no instruments get
played, but multiple bowls are packed.
-running away on an adventure with said band members.
Up until Feb of 2008 I more or less lived out of a duffel bag and
was never really in one place for more than 4 months... I have
lived in only one place since then, and every once in a while I get
this urge to just throw some cloths in my car and drive until I run
out of gas money... but then I remember how much I love the YAY
area, and I stop myself.
-you are missing an appendage and would like to share the story of
how that came to be.
-you live in the Yay area and need some tips such as where to get
your hair done or when good local bands will be playing.
-y0u d0nT tYpE lIkE tH1S.
-you want to hear about the time that I had to go into walmart with
out any pants on.
