My name is Paul and I am an INTJ.
I am a very passionate person. The things that interest me most in this life are Art, Philosophy, Theology, and Beauty. I'm easy going in most respects, yet have an affinity for truth and reason.
My hobbies include learning, writing, cooking, debate, shopping. However, I find that I am able to enjoy just about anything that I do with someone I care about.
I love to play...outdoors...or indoors...all weather holds beauty and mystery for me.

I have a few degrees in the field of Criminal Justice. I am attending Southern Oregon University at the moment...working on a B.S. in Criminology. I am enjoying it thus far. I have great interest in learning new and interesting things.
I got into the field because I was interested in joining the Secret Service. Today, my interest has shifted to counseling and the rehabilitation of offenders as opposed to being the firm hand of the law.

Perhaps I have simply matured...or at the very least refined my ideas of crime and fitting punishment.

While traversing this "school adventure", I have been working in the restaurant industry. Cooking is a passion. Flavors can be so unique yet changeable.

I have found that I am usually pretty decent at anything I put my mind to...except Hula Hooping...sigh...I could never master the art :P

Books:
I grew up reading quite a bit, and have many favorites...
At the top of my list would have to be "Around the World in Eighty Days", "The Count of Monte Cristo", "Pride and Prejudice", and The Black Moth Trilogy by Georgette Heyer.

However, I do also enjoy fantasy stuff like Harry Potter or the Chronicles of Narnia!

Movies:
I especially enjoy movies or TV shows that have complex plots or very witty humor. My favorites include...
Arrested Development, Moulin Rouge, Brick, Cabin in the Woods, The Office, Psych, Memento, How I Met Your Mother...

How could I possibly compile a list? There are by far too many. We have a lot of high quality entertainment in this country.

Food:
I like simple ingredients.
At the moment, I am enjoying making all different kinds of pastas using cream as the base.
