I am a university student at UNSW, basically on here out of curiosity, and hence the user name. Im a tall lanky red head geek/raver who is spends an awful lot of time reading, browsing the internet, over using facebook, gaming... etc

you get the picture. im not looking for a date or relationship tbh, but if you are so inclined, im more than welcome to talk.

Looking at other peoples profiles, they do a really good job of conveying who they are (or more exactly, how they like others to think of them), unfortunately I dont have that skill, so the following may be a bit haphazard.

I've lived in the city proper for 2 years, after escaping the mire that is the western suburbs, so I could get to uni without 3 hours of travel a day, and I've never regretted it. I live in a sharehouse with 5 other people, and I love living with them, they are effectively my second family (and about as crazy).
Going to University and doing a science degree is the best decision I've ever made, its exactly what I was expecting and more, and there are some truly wonderful people there.

The red hair. always. without fail. unless they are blind, in which case the bizarre accent i have. Also, my arms and legs appear to long for my body, and im somewhat skinny (this is a euphemism, my grandparents are threatening to tie me to a chair and forcefeed me :S).

favourite books: too many to list, basically, if it is Hard Sci-fi or transhumanist, ive read it, and quite likely enjoyed it.

Out tripping around the headlands/local parks, clubbing, or boozing it up at my house with friends.
Thinking about it, I dont think I've had a quiet night in on a Friday since I moved to the city, there is always at least a couple of worthwhile things to go to.

I occasionally start dreaming while still awake. its immensely unpleasant, since you cant move due to a chemical that is released into your brain during sleep so you dont act out your dreams. Effectively being paralysed and the whole world not making any sense anymore is scary as hell

You enjoy arguing (lets be honest, no one debates on the internet, they argue), live in sydney and feel like meeting up for geeky pursuits, if they want to know where the next chanel party is going to be etc
