I am exploring, laughing, and contemplating.

My Self-Summary

I am passionate about art—photography, illustration, installation, animation, film—and design—fashion, interior, architecture, product, graphic. I’m adventurous, confident, kind, and loyal. I love to learn, explore, and discover; to teach, share, and give. When making decisions I ask myself, “what’s the worst that can happen?” to put things in perspective, and I'm always up for trying something new.

What I’m doing with my life

Trying to embrace change and get comfortable the unknown.

I’m really good at

eating good food, appreciating the little things, listening, and to be honest, shopping.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I always find Murakami an interesting read, loved The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho and Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell though I can't really remember what it was about...
Movies I like: Lebowski, Totoro, Donnie Darko, Julie Taymor's Titus, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Triplets of Bellville.
Music I am not terribly particular about, but currently I'm enjoying Feist, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Goldfrapp, Erykah Badu, the latest Byrne/Eno collaboration, Paul Simon's Graceland.
And food is one of my greatest pleasures in life! All kinds, all the time, be it roach coach or white linens!

The six things I could never do without

in no particular order:
my family
good food
sunshine
my friends
.....?

I spend a lot of time thinking about

how to save the world, what's for dinner, what to wear.

On a typical Friday night I am

home watching tv on my computer, out with friends, cooking, rearranging the furniture.

You should message me if

you know how to have a good conversation, you have an imagination and a sense of humor, you generally see the glass as half-full but can't help being a little cynical...
