Your Notes
Edit your notesI am empathatic, content, and brusquely honest.
My Self-Summary
I'm a good actress off stage.
I used to only associate with extremely smart people. I figured, if you only talk to people who are more intelligent than you, then you have no where to go but up right? Then I realized that there are less intelligent people who are more human. I don't know who's better off, but it's more fun to be friends with people who are human.
What I’m doing with my life
Last week I learned how to make pizza. This week I'm doing ramen and real tonkotsu stock. So far all I've gained are solid biceps.
I'm raising a hell raiser of a 2 year old. It's a full time job on top of my full time job; which leaves very little room left over for things like "life," but I do try.
I’m really good at
An art teacher once told me that I have good hands and I really know how to see things the way they are.
A music professor told me that my talent lay in writing, not music or art. English is not my first language and I never had the confidence, though I may still pursue that someday.
One physics teacher told me that I really should go into the sciences. I skipped all his classes and only showed up for tests. I think he just wanted to make me show up to class.
In other words, I'm really not sure what I'm best at. Like Olivia, I'm good at a lot of things.
The first things people usually notice about me
"Sound effects"? Think of me as a walking manga character.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
http://minutegamer.wordpress.com
Authors:
Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Gregory Macguire, Dorothy Parker, Philip K. Dick, Michael Crichton, Robert J. Sawyer, Walter Jon Williams, Ray Bradbury...the rest you'll have to extrapolate since that's just off the top of my head. I'm also listening (I love audiobooks) to The Zen of Motorcycle Maintenance right now and so far loving it. Must get myself a hardcopy.
Favorite Musicians:
Shin, Coco Lee, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Julie London. I also listen to a lot of jpop and mandopop but I don't really have a particular favorite artist.
Food:
Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, French ... I haven't met a cuisine I didn't enjoy. But if I were to choose one thing I'd have to eat for the rest of my life, I'd pick a plate full of fresh sashimi.
The six things I could never do without
1. The kid. :D
2. My computer
3. XBMC
4. A wire whisk
5. The DS with a flashcart and moonshell.
5 is enough.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What the heck was I supposed to say here? Do people really think about one thing (or two or even ten) at a time and spend a lot of time thinking about it and put it on a profile and not have to change it every 3 hours?
If they do, then forgive me. I'm not human that way.
