My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a geek, lover, friend, comrade, and slightly a workaholic. Sometimes I get drunk, but more often I get stoned. If we're going to be rambling on about things I prefer it's something complex or interesting rather than the usual banal discussions involving pop culture. I suck at pop culture and have no clue what the fuck is going on.

I am more attracted to personality than looks and it doesn't matter how beautiful you are if you can't hold a conversation or pique my interest in some way.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated with a Masters degree and am currently self-employed. I develop software, websites, video games, or whatever the client needs really.

I am looking into teaching at a local community college to try to share some of my knowledge.

I also spend a lot of time on political activism and working with other like-minded people in the Tulsa area on what we can do to make our lives better.

I like to travel around the US and the world and would love it if you could join me on a trip to India. Immersing yourself in the cultures of our planet really opens your eyes.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Solving problems, helping people, teaching, coding computers, being pro-active in times of crisis, avoiding being arrested by riot police.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm tall and I don't get a haircut too often.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I have a pretty wide depth of music. movies. and other materials but you will notice it all has a sci-fi vibe to it. If you are into sci-fi we can definitely get along.

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and all the spinoffs, Foundation Series, any Heinlein, Phillip K. Dick, Doctor Who, Star Trek (all of them), Sherlock, EDM music, The Who, Dead Kennedys, Boards of Canada, NIN, Big Gigantic, Radiohead, Orbital (especially the Dr. Who theme song).

I love all sorts of food but I'm best at cooking Italian.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Food, friends, love, internet, my cat, coffee
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend time thinking about the future, technology, what the world would be like if we had a different type of economy or government, and how to make people (including myself) happy.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If there is some good local music I will be in attendance shaking my ass. Otherwise watching programs, out partying at a friends house or bar, or computer programming on one of many open source projects.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Too often do I start a project or job I don't finish.
