The first things people usually notice about me

That I have pointy ears. Kidding! Actually, I hate pointy ears. For as geeky as I am I hate anything with pointy ears. (e.g. Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, WoW-type shizz). Yuck.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love soooo many books and movies and different kinds of music. You have to really get to know me to open that can of worms. I love spicy food (especially Thai and Korean), comfort food, and fruits and veggies.

Oh, my french press is the only kitchen accessory I need. And my Batman coffee mug.

The six things I could never do without

1. coffee. if you've had the pleasure of waking up with me, you know it's not pretty pre-coffee.

2. my loved ones. this includes God and His love for me.

3. hot wax/tweezers. false consciousness? maybe. painful? yes. hanging out in a bikini worry-free? priceless.

4. music. without music i become completely unhinged.

5. books. my favorite is fiction - character driven and filled with meaning.

6. masturbation and sex. just keeping it real.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Sad things. Ongoing fights with my inner demons. Myself, making the world a better place, people I love, stories/poems that pop in my head, and sex.

On a typical Friday night I am

Working and then: messing around on the internet, playing star wars galaxies or other video games, watching movies, reading, or chillaxin with good friends.

These days on a Friday night I try my best to watch Dollhouse at 9pm on Fox. Sometimes my real life wins out over my geek life and I miss it :-(
