My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi! I moved to Portland about 5 years ago from Boston, and love it! I have really taken to the Portland lifestyle and would find it very difficult to say goodbye. I have become obsessed with the Portland restaurant scene and pride myself in the number of places I have been able to check off the list.

I love the outdoors and prefer to live a pretty active life. Skiing, boating, all water sports, hiking, biking, anything with a motor.

I try not to spend alot of time in front of the TV or computer (outside of work!).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am pretty happy with where I am at currently. I love Portland and have a great job. I try to get up to Mt Hood every weekend in the winter and out on the water all summer!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Skiing!!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I don't have a Boston accent!

I have a very soft spot for a great burger. So many good ones to try in Portland. Always in search of the best gourmet burger and a good old fashion.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
At this stage in my life I've figured out there isn't much I need.

However a good core group of friends is an absolute requirement. When I moved out to Portland it took a solid year to get established and made me appreciate the importance of this.

Mountains, snow, fresh water and boating are also pretty important, as are chocolate chip cookies.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What my next move should be...I have a bit of east coast in me, so my mind is always spinning.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Summer - Getting out of work as early as possible to go boating on the river until the sun sets.

Winter- getting dinner and a few drinks before calling it a reasonably early night to ski on Saturday!

Rest of the year typically getting food and a few drinks, playing some pool. Might stay out too late, might not, depends on the night.

Actually, there really is no typical Friday night. I have a great friend group and we are always on the go. My life is fast paced and nothing makes me happier then being busy most nights of the week! I can still appreciate that lazy evening at home once in a while, its just not my standard.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
1. You have no more than one selfie alone and one selfie with a friend on your profile. Any more and I get worried.

2. You are passionate about something, and you know it better than anyone. Preferably it's something I know nothing about. Be able to teach me. I find that extremely attractive.

3. No expectations but you are at least open to a serious relationship, if that's where things end up heading. I'm done dating women who can't get out of their own way.

4. Can hold a conversation that isn't just a list of questions!

5. If you can't go with the flow, be spontaneous and generally bring a positive attitude to most things we probably won't hit it off.

6. Absolutely appreciate a classy lady with that style that looks effortless ( I know it's not), but know when getting all dressed up and worrying about your hair and make up is appropriate. Ie. 7 am on a powder day is not one of these times!

Honestly the list is just for fun and appreciate when others take the time to throw out some qualities they like. I have an open mind to new relationships. Shoot me a note If you just generally want to grab a drink and have a great conversation. I've never been on a date that I regret.
