My Self-Summary
I am a free spirit . I am creative, curious and adventurous in the
travelling sense. I am very health conscious, although I smoke a
little and drink 'a little'. I enjoy Coast to Coast radio - which
seems to give the 'real' news of the world, and I'm interested in
all things spiritual....I love 'kind' in people and animals.
What I’m doing with my life
a lot less than I wish to be doing.... (while taking a computer
course.....for I've held off on this) because I like to paint...and
write etc. and contemplate on movies like : 'The Horse
Whisperer'....wishing I could muster up the courage to do something
so totally unconventional and beautiful...deep, profound and honest
- generations past they did this naturally... healing people &
animals.
I’m really good at
paying my own rent, walking my own walk and being kind to people
The first things people usually notice about me
my cheerful helo and how are you....which is genuine
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Thomas Moore's : "Soulmates" and "The Dark Nights of the Soul"
which sounds foreboding....but which is actually
uplifting...written by an author who has done it all and heard it
all (or at least a lot of what most of us feel - working as a monk,
then married, then divorced, now a therapist) type author.. I also
like the book "Women Who Run with Wolves" by Pinkola Estes....it's
all about the wild , intuitive nature that we're all born
with.
I love all music...and as for food: cheese&wine, cold beer & chicken, cognac & cake, Italian & Chinese, Greek salads

The six things I could never do without
faith, hope and love....and clean water, my paintbrushes, pen and
paper and the freedom to explore this life
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how I would love to see Paris again - and in the meantime wish to
meet more down to earth people who wish to socialize locally -
while stretchin feet into our Pacific sands....and drinkin our
water "rated best in the world'.
On a typical Friday night I am

Today
is the 1st day of the rest of my life; for we can only live... 'really live' in the "present"; and if we 'focus' on the present...we are intuned - to receiving its "gift"...its message...its beauty ; whatever its got to give - us -
within the present... As we unwrap - to get to the surprise - the unknown...within the 'present' zone...so we do not miss - all that today has to offer ...bliss. The day's not missed. Inga 11/18/09

I am obsessed with seashells.. .i collect, paint, and write about
them.. .here's another 'gift to you' :
Today, I studied a 'Seashell' through & through..it gave me thoughts of me and you, - 'imperfect' in its sculptured beauty - creatively 'unique' & interesting too, in its Imperfection" .... something that 'perfect' could never do.
