What I’m doing with my life
I work with a group of volunteers on software projects to free us
from the tyranny of Microsoft. It means I get to work with lots of
interesting people from all over the world, often I get to travel
to exciting places to meet them.

The first things people usually notice about me
I'm wearing an eye patch. Took a bit of a hit to the head a couple
of months ago which means I need to wear this for a couple more
months until it heals. [Now it's more of an occasional squint, it's
healing and I was getting bored of pirate comments.]
