I am learning how to cook. My goal is try new recipes with items I rarely eat or cook. My main restrictions are that I do not eat seafood, melon, or mushrooms. So far I have made starfruit, chicken with various spices, spinach, asparagus, and eggplant. My ingredient this week is avocado. Anyone have suggestions of what foods I should try in the weeks to come?
