I'm genre-unspecific with food, as long as it's awesome. If it comes from a food truck sandwiched between slices of texas toast. If it comes wrapped a banana leaf. If you eat it with fancy tools. If you eat it with your fingers.

I read Dan Savage's column and I listen to his podcast. I think he might be my spirit animal.
