My self-summary
People see me as this really funny puppy-like character. I'm loyal, fun, energetic, outgoing, and like cuddling. But if you piss me off, I'll poo on the carpet. ;)

Let me forewarn you: I love, love, LOVE toilet humor, and most of my family seems to as well. I'm one of those people who often sends e-mails to their friends with the subject line reading NOT SAFE FOR WORK! And one of my latest addictions is failblog.org.

So hey, at least I'm honest!

When it comes to my work, I'm known to be a jack of all trades who utilizes their dedication and people skills to assist creatives and "normal" people in reaching a common ground. Otherwise, I don't know what to say! I've always approached dating as a way to meet new friends. I never expect anything more than that in the beginning.

Otherwise, I've done the whole 5-year live-in virtual marriage thing. I know what it takes to work on a relationship and maintain it. Good communication is key for me.

I am witty, funny, dorky, and sincere.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently working in publishing and communications (and photography). But aspire to move into creative direction in advertising and become a real-life Don Drapper...but without the adultery and over-inflated ego. Though I already do have the silver and white hair working for me. ;)

I'd like to think I have a healthy balance between family/friends/career. And it will always be that way.
I’m really good at
Communicating with people and dogs, photography, sax-o-ma-phone and drums, doing good deeds, video games, and my favorite: creative mischief! ;) Just recently in my adult life is my mother prodding me about all the mischievous things I did as a child and teenager. She figured some of those plots were carried out over the course of an afternoon, and I'm like "nnnoooooooo...a LOT can happen in 15 minutes when you went to the library to return a book!"

OH, and I guess I'm good at tying together my left and right brains: I'm creative but organized at the same time and never flake. I see having ADHD as an advantage; not a disorder. I also embrace digital technology but am analogue at heart. "Analogue" as in I just bought a turn table for mom and dad's old LP's. ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
Personality, hyper-active energy level, filthy sense of humor, the intensity of my blue eyes, and that I'm incredibly easy to talk to.

And I tend to be a bit offensive...but in a funny kinda way.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
When Will Jesus Bring the Pork Chops, Me of Little Faith, Napalm & Silly Puddy, Braindroppings, The Onion, National Geographic, CNN.com and the Americas section of BBC.com. As for novels, reading hurts my tiny brain. ;)

Music is pretty much everything except death metal, gangsta rap, or country. Favorites are Seal, Stereolab, The Who, The Police, Dave Brubeck, Spyro Gyra (yes...it is cheesy), Les Nubians, and Erykah Badu. Also a big fan of singer-song writers like James Taylor, Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, etc.

For movies, The Big Lebowski is an all-time favorite, The Graduate, Dumb and Dumber, older 007 movies with Sean Connery, History of the World Part II, Office Space, Ratatouille, Interview with the Vampire, The Birdcage, Fargo.

Food is pretty much anything I'm not allergic to.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
If ya wanna fire up my brain, you might get more than you wished for...
On a typical Friday night I am
Kicking back and cooking with good people after some sort of happy hour.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a HUGE "GTA" buff. I can assure you I don't have a violent bone in my body, but there's something glamorous and genius about escaping as a Tony Soprano-like mobster sometimes.
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like guys
  • Ages 25–40
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends
You should message me if
Curiousity has gotten the better hold of you. ;) And you think you can tolerate my energy level (it's not necessary to "keep up" with it). Or if you just need a laugh; I'm always good for that at least...
