So, so happy to have gotten the hell out of Utah as of 2005.
Interested in meeting fellow geeks/fans/fiber folk/etc. for hanging out! I'm
particularly interested in expanding what has become a somewhat

I sing in two different choirs, a women's chorus and a unitarian church choir. I work doing research in child language development. I go to 2 or 3 science fiction cons a year, and help run my favorite one, WisCon, which focuses on feminism and gender in science fiction. I knit, a lot.

What I’m doing with my life
slacking much more than I should. Not going on the job market
again, though I might need to switch to a hard money job in the
department at some point. Trying to be mindful of balance and happiness. Deciding that Columbus
might be a good place to settle down.
