I am upfront, passionate, and creative.

My Self-Summary

I was born and raised in France. I moved to Philly when I was 13 and then Chicago for college. I moved to Michigan a little over 2 years ago. I am an electrical engineering manager designing batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles. I really love music. I deejay and produce electronic music. I try to be caring for the planet and focus on eating great and healthy/organic food when I can. I love to cook as well as experience culinary adventures. I really love the people I have met here and enjoy spending time with them hanging out or going out exploring bars, concerts, movies, festivals, dinners, sports games, nature. I keep in touch and visit friends in other cities as much as I can. I love traveling (not so much the process though). Music festivals are a yearly ritual for me with Coachella being my favorite yearly event to attend. I feel friendship is something to cherish for life and appreciate every one of them.

Im not interested in a relationship with someone I cant be friends with, Im not a fan of drama unless its justified, I believe it is important to not judge people upfront, I love the first feelings when I meet someone special...

What I’m doing with my life

I am focused on responsible technology that can improve our daily lives and our surroundings. I have been very dedicated in my work and it has been rewarding in many ways. Music is my passtime. i would love to see it go somewhere, but its so much fun I really dont mind just doing it for enjoyment.

I’m really good at

Technological nerdy stuff like computers and electronics. Writing music, producing music, mixing music, listening to music, dancing to music. Did I mention I like music? Cooking, Eating, Traveling, making messes, cleaning up messes, procrastinating yet getting things done right and well, writing about things im really good at, making things up (harmless things, not lies), remembering numbers, zoning out, awkward moments...

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

This covers a lot, so lets start with books:

I don't read as much as Id like to but I have enjoyed or am enjoying:
-A people's History of the United States - Howard Zinn
-Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy - Douglas Adams
-Freakonomics - Stephen Dubner and Steven Levitt
-Gang Leader for a day - Sudhir Venkatesh.....

Movies:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fifth Element, Amelie, Back to the Future Trilogy, Old School, The Hangover, I Heart Huckabees, 12 monkeys, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, American Beauty, Garden State, Edward Scissorhands......

I am really into electronic music and indie music. Some of my faves

The six things I could never do without

-family
-music
-lifelong friends
-traveling
-emotions
-technology

I spend a lot of time thinking about

how to control the flow of time

On a typical Friday night I am

out and about at a bar or show, chilling at home, traveling somewhere interesting. it all depends on the week

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I like legos
