I am a fun loving guy, and love to make the people around me laugh and smile. My humor tends to be on the corny to crazy and random side, but its fun!

One of my passions is live music and I enjoy frequenting a coffee shop / listening room near me for it. I'd love to find someone that would like to join in on this!

I want to experience the arts more (including experiencing an Opera and a Ballet, and going to jazz clubs, art museums, and other cool artsy stuff), and it would be nice to find someone that shares that interest. I also have been taking improv classes for the fun of it (and to let some creative energy out).

The occasional weekend getaway is high on my list of things to do more of. Sometimes I go up to Rochester, NY. I grew up there and my family, who I am really close with, is still there. I love visiting the Finger Lakes and absolutely love the boat rides :). I also enjoy going up to NYC to see shows, hang out with friends, and just experience the friendliness of it (I mean, what other city allows complete strangers to fall asleep on their shoulder's in the subway).. These are things I can do on my own, but I would love to take some getaways great for two as well :).

I am looking for someone I can make smile and keep surprising. It would be great to find someone who wouldn't mind just spending a day a the lake with my family or just me. If you like to travel, you've gained points too :).. Want someone to make you smile? Say hi! :)

My daytime identity is as a software consultant, and at night I transform into a research paper fighting masters student.

Well, I guess this depends on whether you are talking about work or play. At work, I can drive a team of people to accomplish a complex set of tasks within a short period of time, and I can make the software run faster.. Outside work, I'm good at being a friend, being patient and caring.. I have a crazy imagination that shows itself at random times, and it can be useful (especially at making people laugh).

I'm really easy to talk to. I like to conversation, and I really am interested to hear what you have to say :).

Reading: As of late, mostly textbooks and research papers.

Music: I love discovering rather unknown artists and watching them grow. One of my favorites right now is Mia Dyson (she's got more of a name in Australia).

Netflix: Documentaries on just about anything, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead

Movies: Shawshank Redemption has got to be my all time favorite.

Food: Italian, Indian, Thai, Sushi, Chinese, Pizza and Wings, Wine, and Beer..

My family, my friends, my cell (though sometimes I just have to shut it off), tea, live music, free thought..

My family and friends, my career and what's next, my current job and optimizing the way things work, music, and what's next in my personal life are typically running through my head (not necessarily in that order).

Typically I either am out to eat, listening to live music, at a bookstore, over to my friend's place for some wine and food, or just home chilling out at home (sometimes you need a quiet Friday night).
