Easy going, upbeat & sincere guy, that is only about 15- 20% kind of wild that enjoys the company of people close to me, looking forward to getting to know one special lady! You are on this site, so it is rather likely that you would really enjoy meeting someone new! Like me you might enjoy meeting someone that is fun and has a genuine personality! Someone honest, with little-to-no baggage and with an open mind emotionally! With Luck maybe "we" are two people that might just seem to "fit" or "connect"! How about some good positive thinking: How do we all meet someone where we really enjoy each others' company?? Well, FIRST you really have to say "Hi"! ............ Or take the time to say hello back!

Well we have the work, work, work thing, let me get past that! Hanging out with friends, hopefully doing something fun or simply interesting, relaxing, enjoying the moment, involved in doing something constructive!

As with everyone else on this site, Iam dating open with the idea of meeting new friends........ However, ultimately I would prefer to be in more of an on-going or long term relationship.

More to say??? If I get too serious about this question, the answer might be really, really boring........

Meeting people that I do not really know, others seem to relax around me. When my sense of humor gets rolling I can be pretty funny, just kind of happens to me-now and then- well actually more often than that! I am fairly mechanically inclined and I have a fairly creative personality. Well so I am told.....all of those things! Appreciating "real" people is something I just seem to enjoy. In general I am a fairly open-minded guy! I am also a rather affectionate and would say pretty passionate as well!

Maybe they should re-title this section to something like: "Puff Your Ego!"..... or...."Strut Your Stuff!" ???? What do you think?

My smile, Iam told my voice has a warm character to it, as well as my pretty friendly aura .........and that I am not a small guy. Physically fairly strong with a heavier build. The point there is not that Iam a muscle man- Iam not. What Iam saying is that I have a heavier build- but I carry it well.

Music, mostly it is ALL GOOD! Easier to say what I do not like. "JUST SAY NO TO HEAVY METAL & RAP". I DO like Country but NOT that ONE song where the truck driver gets kicked out by his wife, he takes his dog out the door with him. Soon the truck driver and the dog are driving together down the highway into the sunset! .........Otherwise I PRETTY MUCH LIKE ALL OF IT - Really! Enjoy the 60's - 70's - 80' - 90's and more.

Food, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, some Eastern European foods, a good deep dish pizza is nice to find! Cooking on the grill- fun to do and pretty flavorful as well .............

Not a BIG reader- yet I truly do enjoy reading. Sci-Fi books! Books written about interesting people, a Mystery Story can be good, unusual events on occasion maybe a book about history!

Every now and then someone gives me a book that I would not really consider buying for myself. Usually those turn out to be pretty good!

Movies........Humor, mystery, drama, a good love story can be great to watch with the right lady, adventure, sometimes Sci-Fi or Techie........ For me leave out the really slow moving or the rather fragmented movies...... Otherwise I am pretty good with the rest of the movie formats!

Of course the usual basics that we all need don't need to list those!

How about the good stuff: Friends, family, laughter, fun, of course a special lady/romance in my life, a cell phone........car! Guess that makes seven! Those are not in any exact order.

My mind stays fairly busy, I would imagine that Iam going over a good variety of things most of the time! At times my "mental checklist" may seem like a movie with too many scenes.....

The future- what's in store for me? Where am I going that I might not know about? What would be an interesting vacation spot to visit? Ya da, ya da.......

Out with friends, or maybe having dinner somewhere new. Possibly catching live music at a fun-comfortable place! Could be having a few cocktails or something N-A! (NO drinking problem- just fun!) On occasion seeing a new movie. Maybe at a friends house with a group of people? After all, it really is who you are with, rather than what you are doing! I try to put a little variety into my weekends........

Do I really have to tell? OK you only get 3 small items!

1) My friends don't believe this- however it is true:
When I was a kid/child I was an altar boy! By the way- let me also say I only met cool & very together priests. It was a good experience as it also was for the other altar boys at our Church.

2) If I go to buy a bottle of wine that is new to me, if there is not a "Wine Spectator Rating" available...... Well, to be honest, then I tend to go with the nicer or more interesting looking label! Don't tell anyone!

3)I use to think that on occasion that I would "snore" at night. However, I made a point of staying up all night to check, I did NOT snore once!

You don't really want to know everything do you? A little mystery or having more to learn about someone is good! Don't you agree?

About My Cupid Awards: They sort of seem to come and go. I had a few that are now gone. I have a few new ones. I had the understanding they are from the surveys/tests we fill out! Not exactly sure how and why??
