I don't like to take things too seriously, I am of the firm conviction that life should be enjoyed. I have a bit of a thing for space and spend a lot of time reading about it, along with other random topics that happen to interest me that day. I like (among other things) computer games, interneting, documentaries and tea.

I read quite a lot, mostly old sci-fi novels as they have the magical combination of trippy covers and mind blowing stories. Recently I've been getting into comics and graphic novels, I think it's amazing how you can tell a story with little more than a handful of words and some pictures. Image Comics quickly emerged as my favourite publisher.

Mostly I like visually impressive films, Sunshine, Lawrence of Arabia, The Thing, and Casino are just some of the good ones I can think of off the top of my head. Also I flippin' love documentaries, I could watch them all day and I generally buy anything David Attenborough does.

I like too much music to write here, so I'm just going to write until I get bored: Pink Floyd, Acid King, Sleep, Brian Eno, Acrimony, Boards of Canada, Pantera, Opeth, Tool, Pontiak, Ufomammut, Mastodon, Dead Meadow, Earth, Led Zep, Monster Magnet, Yes, Alice In Chains, Down, Shrinebuilder, Yob, Ancestors, ok I'm done.
