Hello and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile
or at least up to this part. If you choose to get to know me you'll
find I'm quiet and thoughtful. I spend my free time watching movies
(old ones usually), watching the History Channel and Discovery
Channel, and doing the newspaper crosswords. I prefer the pub scene
to the club scene, but I understand the draw of tripping the light
fantastic. I'm working on and getting better at cooking. I have a
dry sense of humour and I like to use it for good not evil.
Anything else you'll just have to message me and ask.
I am thoughtful, dependable, and portable
What I’m doing with my life
I'm focused on a career in hospitality. I fell into a job as a
banquet server about 10 years ago. I've had some hospitality
related job off and on since then. The hours are long, the stress
level is high, and I've missed out on a lot my friends big life
events because I was working. But even with all that stuff, I love
it. Now that I've moved in to a job with more responsibility and
have employees reporting to me, it gets even more stressful, but it
also provides even more satisfaction for a job well done. My goal
is to be a general manager for a large hotel. I figure I'm about 10
years away from that. The journey is going to be great.
I’m really good at
Listening. Don't laugh. You'd be surprised how few people have this
skill. I've learned that if you want people to be interested in
you, it's not about how much you say but about how much you pay
attention to what they say. It's a skill that has helped in my
personal and work life.

There's a reason it's private. If I get to know you and trust you,
I'll tell you more.
