My name's Meg.

I live with my parents. Mom is handicapped and Dad works literally every day, so I'm pretty much the primary chef/maid/caretaker. I have a dog and a cat, who I received for my 2nd birthday- he's my baby.

I'm an English nerd. Vaguely OCD. Hopelessly romantic. Extremely energetic, but also pretty relaxed. Always looking for a fun time, but I don't smoke or do drugs, and while I do drink, it's not a very common event. However, I do like partying. Especially dancing. I'm becoming a beast at DDR, lol. I also collect purses. I adore cuddling, thunderstorms, and spending time at the gym, library, and mall. I trust too easily, and I love too deeply. I've been told that that's a bad thing, that I'll get hurt (which I have too many times before), but I'm not about to stop. I'm the girl who sings at the top of her lungs in the car. Who sits in the front row of her classes to try to focus and learn. The one you bring home to Mom. The one who jumps for joy like a little kid because it's snowing. I'm a dork like that.

I'm a freshman at KSU. Majoring in special education- I plan to be a moderate to severe intervention specialist, hopefully on the grade school level.

I work part time at a crazy little pizza shop with a bunch of guys who might as well be my brothers. You mess with me and they'll kick your ass =P But in all seriousness, I adore my job and my coworkers. I'm one of those people who is fortunate enough to enjoy going to work.

I recently started a second part time job at a gas station. It's just one night a week for a little extra cash. I really like the people there, too. Fun times.

I've always wanted to be an author. I dabble in poetry, but that's for therapeutic purposes more than anything. I'm writing a book about my mother which I hope to publish someday. I write whenever I get the chance, even if it means depriving myself of sleep.

I'd also vaguely like to be a plus sized model. It's not the most realistic goal, and I don't have the time and resources to pursue it, but I think that would be massive amounts of fun.

Listening, working with kids, writing, Egyptian Ratscrew, cooking, showing off my mad pizza cutting skills, chemistry, and carpetball.

I'm very friendly and approachable. I genuinely care about people. Way too much, actually. I frequently go out of my way to make complete strangers comfortable, happy, and safe if I can. I get along with everyone.

Books: Wicked by Gregory Maguire, anything by Sarah Dessen, all of the Harry Potters, and just about anything else, really. I practically live at the library, lol.

Movies: Titanic, Serendipity, The Terminal, A Beautiful Mind, The Princess Diaries, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Evita. Anything Disney!

TV (yeah, it's not listed, but still. lol): Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Mythbusters, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives, Primetime, Futurama, Scrubs, Boy Meets World, That 70's Show

Music: I love all sorts of music. Like, anything from Lil Wayne to Enter the Haggis to Diana Ross to Metallica to Alan Jackson. However, some favorites include Sara Bareilles, Cartel, Dashboard Confessional, The All American Rejects, Avril Lavigne, Creed, Boys Like Girls, Augustana, and the Goo Goo Dolls. And I'll admit it... I'm a die hard Nsync fan, haha. I also have a special fondness for musicals and Broadway stuff (particularly Wicked, Evita, My Fair Lady, Avenue Q).

Food: I'm not a very picky eater, really. I love Mexican stuff, although my favorite thing is salad. Also love deviled eggs, carrot cake, and pasta a lot.

Everything. Seriously. You ask me what's on my mind and I'll immediately spout off a couple random subjects that are seemingly unrelated, and I'm probably only giving you the tip of the iceberg. I overanalyze stuff like whoa. Actually, I recently discovered that there might only be three activities that relax my mind and let it chill out for a bit: doing sudokus, kissing, and sculpting. lol

at work. I work every Friday night, generally. However, on a Saturday night, you can either find me winding down at home with a good book or something of the sort. Or out with my girls- maybe dancing, catching a movie, shopping, or just hanging out and catching up.

When I was little, for the longest time, I thought that blimps could talk.

But you shouldn't message me if you're just looking for sex, to be friends with benefits, or want to play games. I've dealt with enough guys like that, and I'm losing patience with it. I want a real, honest, caring relationship. I want someone I can spend time with, who I can grow with, maybe spend the rest of my life with. If you don't want that too, then please don't waste my time <3
