My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
At this current time, just looking for friends mostly.

Finished up my Associates Degree, and eventually I will work towards my Bachelors once finances permit.

I currently work for a company, doing IT work, that manages multiple servers for larger corporations in the Northwest Washington area.

As the name suggests, I am a bit of a geek and that is perfectly fine. I enjoy reading (sci-fi/fantasy novels), gaming with both video systems and tabletop, watching movies, photography, hiking, camping, stargazing, and doing various crafts, such as chainmail and am pretty much a "Jack of all trades". I can just about do a little bit of everything.

I really love camping, and backpacking. Being out in nature is the ultimate therapy, and is an amazing means to re-centering yourself.

Secretly, one day I would love nothing more than to be able to live in a cabin/hobbit styled house (not ashamed to admit that), on some wooded acreage and do black-smithing type work as a full on hobby or as a source of income. Grow my own food and just live a happy life. I am fairly well grounded and open to many things.

I am don't eat beef or anything like that, which most folks find to be the oddest thing, but plenty of alternative meats out there. I am also gluten free, and on my way to living a Paleo lifestyle (food wise). Recently tried lamb for the first time, and it's weird admitting, but it was good.

I love tea probably more than I should. Nothing compares to a good cup of loose leaf Earl Grey with honey.

I took the Myers-Briggs personality test because I figured why not. Apparently I am an INTP personality type. You can Google that one, ha.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working to live, not living to work. Having fun. Enjoying life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Chainmail, photography, cooking, and making others happy. Honestly, I try my hardest to master or gain enough proficiency in skill when I try something new.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The eyes and the fact that my facial hair is flaming red.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I love books by Larry Niven, Tracy Hickman, Gav Thorpe, William King, Randolph LaLonde, Ryk Brown and Nathan Long. However, if you like anything written by Stephanie Meyers, we probably will not get along at all.

Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis are among my favorite shows. Archer, Game of Thrones, Falling Skies, Dexter, True Blood, and Big Bang Theory are a few more.

I like most music except for the hip-hop/rap stuff.

I LOVE food. However, there are certain things I stay away from including gluten, most dairy, soda, and red meat. I also make a mean California Roll. Bacon is also a must have staple in life.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family, Nature, Friends, Books, Sex and Seeing The Stars.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The universe, the future, and stuff like that. Which path humanity is inevitably take.

For me, I spend a great amount of time thinking about the wonders of the future. I know life is short and that I may only arrive at my destination having only seen a fraction of these wonders, but it makes one think, what if humans could live up to a couple hundred years old. To see the amount of change the human civilization could achieve in that time frame is
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At home, watching movies, gaming or doing things I prolly shouldn't. Hanging out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm afraid of dying alone...and I am not fond of spiders.
