Brooklyn-born, Boston-raised, recently Brooklyn-returned (original packaging still mostly intact). I'll probably claim native status if I ever learn street names.

When I grow up, I either want to be Bret Victor or a MythBuster. Sometimes I bring up algorithms at parties. I like to play with power tools, and I'm usually happiest when I'm exhausted and covered in sawdust and grime. I also have an unhealthy emotional dependency on the NFL, and incorporate Beastie Boys lyrics into casual conversation.

The Sesame Street character I most identify with is Oscar the Grouch.

I went to college expecting to study government. I left with a degree in studio art and computer science. Logically, now I work as an editor and designer for a publishing firm.

I have enormous eyebrows. Or that I have blue polystyrene foam dust clinging to my clothes, hair and everything else. Really depends on the day.

Thing you probably wouldn't notice: Due to a high school wrestling injury, my right shoulder hangs slightly lower than my left.

I can probably recite the entirety of Mean Girls verbatim, and I cried when Adam Yauch died.
