I think I'm a pretty calming presence in most my friends lives.
Even when I'm a bundle of nerves on the surface I stay pretty calm.
I blame in on the waspy New Englanders side of the family.

I approach adversity with humor.

Easily amused. Watching subway rats frolic in filth is kinda
cute.

I like my alone time. I usually need a couple evening in my home to
recharge. I do better in small groups although I think my aversion
to crowds may be based on my height placing me around armpit level
around others. Particularly a night clubs being armpit level can be
very unpleasant.

If I were a brand my packaging would be all wrong. I feel like
there's some rule that women artists have to be tall, lanky and
sexy androgynous. While I'm fond of my t n' a I feel like not
everyone takes me seriously.

Painter/functioning adult. I have a day job for income that i'm so-so about. Working to find one I'm less so-so about.

Oscillating between being very proud of my work to hating everything about every painting I've ever done every month or so. At which point I fill the art void with kitchen crafts so at least everyone around me eats well.

Eating awesome food then serving my penance at the gym the next morning.

Walking... honestly I'm amazed at how many people in Manhattan are inept at this simple task. Bare to the right people.

And soup. Soup is awesome. instant gratification throw in what you have in the fridge and various ingredients and spices and tweak. Rarely look at recipe seldom make it exactly the same twice.

Depends entirely on the day and the person in question and whether im coming or going. ; )
