I like good coffee. So, if there's a place outside with tables and chairs- that's the best! I really love a good expresso.

The first 18 years of my life seemed like a thousand years, then the next 35 was like 3-4 months. So now I'm trying to make the next part seem like another thousand. Does anybody understand this?

If you've seen a really great movie that was based on a book; which do you think is better: reading the book first or seeing the movie first?

Last summer I saw a really great eclipse of the moon about 4 am and the the sky is so clear here(in Yellowstone) at night that you can see so many stars and the milky way too.

The last 5 years I've been living from April until October in Montana(Gardiner) or Wyoming(Mammoth Hot Springs) at the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The rest of the year I've been in California visiting my dad or Pennsylvania
visiting my mom. During mid-November to mid-January, I've
also worked in the Grand Canyon.

missed the beach and need some time off from traveling.**

Well anyway , it would just be great to meet someone and talk to them and see what they have to say about all this and find out what their thoughts are.

Right now I'm probably just some old mystic walking up and down the hills, talking to the flowers.

A very long time ago I went to college where the Presbyterians send their ministers. I was actually a business major,which is what all the jocks and people who didn't really know what they wanted to be studied, because it was easy.

As we were required to take a certain percentage of our classes in religion, I studied all the eastern ones: Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism and Shinto/Zen. This has greatly influenced my thinking and how I view the world.

I walk with a strange stride that a friend of mine once likened to having Boris Karloff walk into the room.

Actually, I really need to change this line (just re-reading my profile today) because I think it scares people. If I
walked into a room, I'd likely get noticed as I have a gait(stride) that you'd notice.

My reading list gets way too serious sometimes. I just finished Benazir Butto's 'Reconciliation' and Shirley Maclaine's 'Sage-ing while age-ing'. I should have checked out Don Rickle's new book while I was in the library,didn't really study it closely. It looked like an autobiography. A friend of mine just gave me Bob Newhart's ' I Shouldn't Even Be Doing This' (2006). That should be a good read.

I usually don't see a lot of movies in the theatre anymore, but some of the better movies I rented lately were Bill Murray movies. Sometimes the best movies are ones that I've never heard of before.

Probably the music I like would be something too introspective to listen to with another person( christine mcvie,shelby lynn,linda ronstadt,the early stuff of neil young and cat stevens and john lennon's solo stuff). But I always liked everyone else's music that they like.

I like to cook my own food and can spend lots of time doing that.

What I've been thinking about this week: I really need to rewrite this profile as it may seem a little confusing
and 'scattered' to some people. People send me messages asking me where do I live?,where am I now?,ect.

I was constantly changing my pictures almost daily as I traveled. That may have been confusing,but I visited
some great places. I may do some reviews of great places to eat along the interstate.

Right now I'm thinking of visiting Europe although I've never traveled outside the states and haven't a clue about it.

I'm by myself. Wishing maybe there was someone to talk to.
