I am an animal rights activist and I love photography, graphic design, and playing the piano. I am also a gamer and can get down and dirty with the best of them. I have many aspirations and I plan to reach every single one. I am proud of my accomplishments in life thus far, but I have much left to do. I enjoy simplicity and appreciate complexity. I love learning; knowledge is a drug. I long to travel the world. There is more to see and do than is possible in one lifetime, but I hope to get damn near close. I taught high school English, but I returned to school to prepare for my career in health care (nursing and public health).

I am a Registered Nurse. I earned my BA in English in 2005 and worked as a high school teacher. I graduated December 18th, 2010 with my BSN and 2011 with my Master of Public Health. I plan to work as an RN while either becoming a nurse practitioner or earning my PhD (or both =P).

1) My future as a nurse! I will have a lot of options and I am trying to decide where I would like to ultimately end up.

2) My future relationship(s). I hope to meet someone to have a long-term relationship with, but it has to start somewhere and you can't force love. Some might end in friendship and that is okay. Friends are always good, too. :) Ideally, I would like to become good friends with someone where that bond turns into a romantic relationship. Having friendship as the base to romance is always a wonderful thing.

I like to go out to low-key places once in a while to enjoy some drinks and a little dancing, but with my current nursing schedule, I find myself needing some nice R&R at home with some good company, popcorn and a movie. :)

I used to play FarmVille... ack! Sad confession of a gamer. Add to that CityVille, Frontierville, and Treasure Isle. I know, I know!
