To sum up my life so far- Born in Yellapur, primary school in Mangalore, middle school in New Delhi, high school and graduation in Bangalore, currently in Mumbai for my masters.
I consider myself a complete Indian at heart. I have traveled a lot within the country over the years (trust me, that's saying something!!). I love traveling, long drives and photography, although I've only been outside India once so far (Nepal is as far as I've gotten).

Not to brag or anything, but I think I've been fairly good at academics, co-curricular activities, extra-curricular activities and sports throughout my school years. Pencil sketching, creative writing/drawing, athletics and a little of singing and playing the guitar, listening to music and catching a movie every now and then is what I do in my free time.

A little shy, but once you get to know me better, prepare to meet the craziest guy you'll ever come across :P
Basically I'm an average guy, who has tried a lot of things and realized he's good at a few of them. I can be really quiet and boring at times, at all times else I'm a total idiot who cracks sarcastic jokes nobody understands :P

Being the socially awkward introvert that I am, of late, I've been consciously making an attempt to overcome my shyness, break the bubble, get out of my comfort zone and meet interesting new people from all over the world. That explains why I'm here (The other reason is IT'S FREE!). Along the way, if I end up with my future soul-mate, somebody I'm really compatible with and who has the same interests I do, I'd consider that as a bonus :P

I am currently in Mumbai doing my first year Masters (Post-graduation, M.Tech.) in Aerospace Engineering. Who says it's not really rocket science? :D

Apart from that, I love to write once in a while whenever I find the time and the inclination (naveennbhat.blogspot.in), I dream of writing a book some day :)

Solving puzzles. I pretend to be Sherlock Holmes while I'm at it :P

I'm really good at entertaining (read irritating) my friends or making them laugh. My friends might tell you more..

Movies: Charlie Chaplin, Comedy, sports-based, patriotic, mystery, thriller.. The Pursuit of Happyness, Chris Nolan's Batman Trilogy, The Jurassic Park series, Dil Chahta Hai, Chak De! India, Rock On!!, The Exorcist, The Zodiac and similar. Farhan Akhtar, Shah Rukh Khan and Vidya Balan fan.

TV Shows: F.R.I.E.N.D.S., BBC's Sherlock, The Big Bang Theory and similar.

Music: Die-hard A R Rahman fan forever! Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Shreya Ghoshal, Green Day, Backstreet Boys, Linkin Park and similar.

Food: Whatever tastes good to me :P
