I love to travel and am always looking for somewhere new to go. I am a huge music fan, everything from metal and rock to classical and jazz, and nothing beats live music. I like a mix of staying in for evenings at home on the couch with a movie, and a big night out on the town. I like trying new restaurants, wineries, and microbreweries. I also like to spend a lot of time outside, going up to the lake, cooking out, biking, hiking, walking, etc.

Its certainly not writing about myself. Trust me, you will get to know me much better by talking to me.

You tell me...

Books...I read plenty at work. None of which I would put on a favorite list. Personal reading dosen't happen near often enough, but on those occasions I enjoy history, scifi, and mysterl novels. I seem to be unusally attracted to women who can write.

Music...a huge part of my life. I listen to a good mix from metal and classic rock to jazz and classical. I find it all very relaxing. Not a country or rap fan. I love going to concerts and bars with live bands.

Movies...too many to list. Buying DVDs is a guilty pleasure. Mostly "guy movies" but I am not into anything plotless, a lot of TV on DVD, and I will on occasion suck it up and silently suffer through a chick flick.

Food...if it comes in a can I can cook it. Really I do like to cook more, but when its for more than just me. I like it even more whens someone cooks for me. Hint hint. I love dining out somewhere nice and grilling out is always a good time. I love going to wineries or microbreweries...its an easy to appreciate art.
