If that quote describes you, or what you want it to, or it even sounds familiar then we'd probably get along just fine. I want to meet more people who live for the moment and for the passion and for the experience.
I myself am a wearer of quite a few hats, literal and figurative, constantly looking for something new and interesting to learn or do. These days I am feeling the post-law school jitters and trying to figure out what's next. I would like to practice law, work in government, or run a non-profit, and eventually be a teacher again of something. I've already taught yoga, guitar, music theory, english, social studies, love, kindness, survival, wit, laughter, let's add law to the list.
I moved to Pitt for law school and after three and a half years now, I must say It does have its bright spots. I need to find people who want to take life and squeeze all the juice out of it, and not just work for tomorrow and forget about the present. I'm guilty of it, I'll admit. I just don't want it to be the normal anymore.
I love music, playing and listening, and if you play you should shoot me a message. I love typical kinda nights, ya know; warm beer and cold women. I love watching great movies, or just terrifically bad ones if the mood suits. I love the outdoors and want to get out into it more than I do now. I also love occasional forays into video games, hiking, mountain biking, board games, table top games, card games, mind games, and such.
I'm in a relationship at this point with another OCK user the_stef but she and I are happy to bring people into our lives in many forms and experience the whole range of relationship possibilities.
