I am self-assured, unique, and awesome!.

My Self-Summary

I'm easily bored, restless and un-willing to accept mediocrity. I'm also happy, like to see the glass half full and always looking for the next adventure.

I LOVE... sleep, music, the sound of high heels on concrete, my bed, the blues, boys (especially ones with dark hair who play guitar although they're more trouble than they're worth!) the sound of a muted trumpet, cooking, my parents and my brother, knee high socks/boots, soul, plum blossom trees, my bass guitar, making fun of Orlando Bloom, home made roast pumpkin risotto, Marilyn Monroe, my house, the sound of the sea on a calm night, my cat Amy, kissing, movies by Hitchcock , Jean Pierre Jeunet, Robert Rodriguez, Quentin Tarantino and Woody Allen, driving my car on hot summer days with the windows down while listening to good music really loudly, bossing people around, 1950's movies, my mates, the first few days of falling in love, perfection, my gorgeous labrador Darth and his brother Remmy, rainy days at circular quay... oh and I've just started yoga... and think it could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship :)

I DON'T LIKE... couscous, boys who a) tell me what to do, b) have girlfriends, c) are un-able to look a girl in the eyes instead of staring at her breasts; being woken up by workmen/ garbage men/ newspaper men/ annoying neighbours/annoying house guests, jeans that don't come in size 13, hot lettuce (why, oh WHY do they put lettuce on burgers!!), ignorance, marriage and people who don't watch their kids when they're near the road.

What I’m doing with my life

day to day I work as an event decorator and I've been studying interior design.

the rest of my time is spent trying to find ways to overcome boredom - these include playing with my dogs, watching films, writing a book, making clothes and jewellery, exercising (although I'm not as commited to it as I should be!)

I’m really good at

lots of things! cooking, organising anything or anyone, music, driving, covering school books in contact and looking out for people.

The first things people usually notice about me

no idea... maybe how long my hair is

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I've recently gotten back into reading - i gave up after 15 years of school/uni! I love biographies and classics (especially Oscar Wilde) and when it comes to fiction, I'm a murder mystery girl through and through(Raymond Chandler is a genius!).

I LOVE movies - I watch WAY too many. The six things I could never do without

my bed, music, love, a comb, water and sunshine...

I spend a lot of time thinking about

life, love, the universe, movies, tv shows, people, politics....

On a typical Friday night I am

i work most saturdays so Friday night usually finds me at home in my pjs curled up on the couch with a good movie and my dog, a bottle of wine and some tasty food... or out with friends for drinks or live music.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

is that I have a secret love of Maroon 5!!

You should message me if

you feel like it

if you're quirky, if you love star wars, if you want to make the world a better place, if you like to smile, if you feel lonely, if you love hot summer sunshine as much as snuggling under the covers in winter, if you want someone to have fun with, if you want to have an intelligent thought provoking conversation, if you love movies and music or if you're any or all of the above and more!!
