My self-summary
Pablo Picasso once said that every child is an artist, the problem is remaining one once you grow up. I would like to think that I have held onto even the smallest piece of that, possibly the same piece that each of us hold onto in the ritualistic grind of everyday life. I am a geek at heart, a software developer by trade, and just plain odd by all other standards. But who likes standards? I love music, and have very eclectic tastes. I love dry sarcasim and witty humor, I enjoy anime and manga and reading up on the most oddest of things.

I am slightly jaded, crass, and charismatic
What I’m doing with my life
I am attempting to further my career but not let it overrun my life. I am constantly improving on myself and furthering my skills in all aspects of my life. I am attempting to all this and maintain the close bonds with my friends and loved ones. That and rocking out, cause everyone needs to. You know you want to, you are thinking about it right now.
I’m really good at
I am really good at critical thinking and problem solving, listening, helping others, being a good friend, and annoying my cat because apparently he is not in the mood for such nonsense and thats the only non-cheesy thing I could think of.
The first things people usually notice about me
Is definitely not my looks or handsome features. I sometimes get a quip about having a nice smile or great eyes but I think those are just the nice generalizations people make when they can't think of anything nice to say. Hmm, thats a bit cold and bitter. Most people first comment on my long hair but its usually a questioning why or a joking "get a haircut hippy"

On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends, usually working on something. Be it developing something, creating something or just tinkering away at one of our projects. The problem is it seems we lately have grand ideas and don't seem to put much traction to them. Also it would seem that I have become a bit of a convention junkie. We shall see how that unfolds.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm not a very private person, I don't hide behind things, so there is not much that isn't out there for everyone to know. So here is something that most don't know, mostly because I haven't thought about it in a very long time. When I was fairly young I saw a person die (not a gory death or from illness, just old age ), it didn't seem a sad thing at all and from innocent eyes struck a chord with morbid fascination.
