My Self-Summary
I am a good guy with many interests. I am set in my career and
financial stable. I'm just finishing up a divorce that has taken a
few years and not really sure where to meet people. I work way too
much to do the bar scene plus find it difficult to talk to someone
when they're hammered or vice versa. I don't have any kids and have
not dated since the divorce thing started. I am a workaholic but I
like to travel to new places on my off time. Do to the nature of my
job I'll only say what it is when messaged. I enjoy roadtrips and
sight seeing. Some of my interests are history, music, paranormal
research, german sport sedans, and american muscle cars. My
undergraduate studies were in music education, jazz and graduate
studies include saxophone performance. My career has nothing to do
with my education. Far warning, I am an adrenaline junkie. I like
sky diving, rock climbing, cave spelunking, kayaking, and river
rafting.
What I’m doing with my life
Besides the usual of spending the majority of my time at work I'm
currently making a lot of life changes. Until recently I had
planning to purchase my first house but I have since decided that
that would be a waste of time for now. I'm planning quite a few
road trips this coming year to places such as Yellowstone Park and
Crater Lake with my buddy Tom1970 who by the way convinced me to
join this site. I also start training in a few weeks for a trip to
South America to see some ancient Mayan and Incan cities. Until now
the majority of my life consisted of doing the right thing and
making the most logical choices, now it's about what makes me happy
and the things I want to do in this life. Basically my days consist
of working, the gym, mixed martial arts training and planning or
researching upcoming trips. There are a lot of places I want to see
and life is short.
I’m really good at
I'm good at cooking, playing music, football, ice hockey, and a bad
one- fighting. But that is only for work and sport purposes. I've
also been told that I'm a pretty good dancer but I'm usually too
blitzed to notice. I am also good at embarrassing myself which I
find quite amusing since I really don't care what others think. I
try to live for the moment and if it requires a bit of goofyness to
make it that more enjoyable for those around me then so be it. If
you take the time to get to know me you'll find that in certain
circumstances I am just a big kid with more expensive toys.
The first things people usually notice about me
There are a few ways I could go with this. Physically most women
notice my blue eyes or broad shoulders. Intellectually most noticed
that I am well versed in most aspects of life and have no problem
with having a conversation. If it's work related than I'm all
business.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future and what I want to do with it. As I see it my life could
go one of 2 ways; 1) Finding that special woman and getting married
and possibly having a family. Buying a house together and seeing
places together and creating some wonderful moments. (The hopeless
romantic in me that I rarely show) 2) Seeing all the places I want
to see. Travel the world again after I finish traveling the US. My
divorce has taught me that I am happy and content to be by myself
if there is noone out there for. I'm am completely cool with that.
My goal is to be happy whether it's with someone or not. I figure
at the ery least by being on this site I should be able to meet new
people to share my travels with whether friend or more.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm usually working but if I'm off I might be out with boys having
a few beers or taking some sort of weekend road trip. If not then I
could be found hanging out at my place just relaxing watching a
movie or reading.
