I'm brand new to Portland via Michigan. Right now, just looking to get acquainted with this town, and looking forward to being neighbors with the candy lady.

My current agenda includes: finding a job, hang with my friends, finding a female fiddle player who sings real pretty to get together and play some old country duets, have a housewarming party, find the best place to get Bi Bim Bop, buy a new camera, meet some new people, find a basketball game, start writing again, buy a bicycle, get involved with the local farmers, take the duet act to the dancehall stages, start up crew rowing again (or learn to scull), have an art night, take some classes, find some euchre and/or cribbage players, and get out to the gorge and coast and mountains as much as possible... roughly in that order.

Structure is a good thing. Structure with frequent fits of spontaneity is a very good thing.

Food: Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, Mango, Strawberries, Pineapple, Soba Noodles, Yellow Curry, Almond Butter, Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Eggplant, Bread, Pasta, Eggs... pretty much any non-meat/fish cuisine with occasional exception for chicken.

Generally, could be seeing a band, staying in for food/movie, or camping somewhere in the wilderness. I also cannot wait to see a Trailblazers game!

Not long ago, I fell out of my shower, and remarkably, didn't injure myself.
