I'm a bit like a pulsar, precise, stable and with a reliability that some scientists have mistaken for intelligence. I love a good debate and value women who can hold there own opinions. I wish to explore and expand the limits of human potential both personally and through technology.
I am also a gamer. I enjoy hobbies that allow me engage my imagination. I thrive on competition but not conflict. I enjoy gatherings of people brought together by common interests, and I like taking part in comic/game conventions and the renaissance faire.

I am currently working on my PhD in computational neuroscience. I love having the freedom to research things I feel passionately about and the power to design my own program of study. I'm looking forward to graduating and leaving accademia. I have many ambitions but I am more motivated by creating things than by money alone.

Understanding concepts from a logical or mathematical perspective,
without becoming Data from Star Trek. Wait that's a lie i aspire to be data data is freakin awesome! Being creative enough to be a decent tabletop GM.
