My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in San Francisco, UCLA Anthropology graduate, drummer (I just thought the picture of me with the guitar looked cool), I play in a psych-rock band called The Spiral Electric, and I have two amazing adopted sisters (7 and 8 years old) from Guatemala. Watching them grow up and being the best role model I can for them has been one of the great joys of my life.

I also went to an Arts High School in San Francisco where I studied Theatre...it was a trip.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an office assistant for a property management company in the city and I also just picked up a job at Trader Joe's. I played drums in a band called MoonFox for three years and we gigged around SF and the East Bay. Our record release was at Cafe Du Nord and we also headlined Brick and Mortar, The Uptown, and Amnesia among other awesome clubs. The band I just joined (The Spiral Electric) is a project I'm incredibly excited about and our first shows with me as drummer kick off late July 2014, with many more throughout the year.

I live in the Haight Ashbury. My best friends live in North Beach and The Mission so I hang in those two hoods quite a bit. And I have AMAZING friends.

I go to a lot of concerts. And I collect concert bootlegs.

Earlier this year I had a short but beautiful relationship with someone I met from this website. At this point, I'm just looking to meet cool people. If we hit it off and it leads to something more, that would be swell but my life is becoming increasingly busy so I could take it or leave it. I don't need a companion to "complete me" or whatever but I'm obviously open to it, or else I wouldn't be here.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Drumming, playing pool, hanging out, keeping it mellow, appreciating people for who they are, bringing my friends together, collecting high quality bootlegs of concerts from a really good source. Inquire within.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Approachable, kind, decent looking, non-judgemental, to the point, down with pretty much anything so long as I am comfortable.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Hot Tubs, Exercise, Concerts, Friends and Family, openness and honesty.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think about drumming a lot. And music in general. And the fact that I want to read more than I currently do. I think about how lucky I am to be from San Francisco and still live here. I like to keep my thoughts positive and always have forward momentum in everything I do in life. Eventually I'd like to travel more, as I have never traveled internationally. It seems like lots of people on okcupid like to brag about all the places they've been. I totally get how awesome that is but traveling (from what I gather) costs a considerable amount of money. That being said, I just found a second job because I want to be more financially secure and hopefully see the world a little bit once I save up.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably at a show, out and about with buddies, enjoying my life.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'd like my band to take off so I can play music professionally.
