My self-summary
I'm a fun-loving, beer-drinking Midwestern girl that loves rock and roll, glitter, unicorns, rainbows, comedy and hanging out.
What I’m doing with my life
Spending time with friends, figuring it all out, working for the weekend as a Resource Manager for a company that does outsourced IT project management, and trying to turn that one thing that happened into a joke that a crowd of people will laugh at.
I’m really good at
Pop culture trivia, cooking, baking, hanging out, naming that tune, making dumb jokes, bringin the bail money and being a pal.
The first things people usually notice about me
My typically-big hair, my glasses, and my calculator watch. And my unicorn tattoo with the pot filled with beer where the gold should be... That sneaky leprechaun knows me, what can I say?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: The Dirt (yes, the Motley Crue autobiography), Just Kids - Patti Smith

Movies: This is Spinal Tap, Stepbrothers, Star Wars, The Parent Trap (1962)

Shows: Louie, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, Mad Men, Big Bang Theory, Parenthood (and some very guilty pleasures that I readily admit to)

Music: Bruce Springsteen, Motorhead, Ryan Adams, KISS, Lionel Richie, Led Zeppelin, poppy garbage radio I can't stop myself from liking - and so much more!

Food: I'm a total omnivore, there isn't a lot I don't like, and I love to explore the TC food scene. But my favorite meal in the city has got to be the Coney with everything at Uncle Franky's.
The six things I could never do without
My adorable mutt Birdie
My sweet tortoiseshell cat Algebra
My people
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Swimming Pools. Bonus points if you know the movie I am referencing.

Mid century architecture and design. All the kitschy things I'm gonna find out thrifting & antiquing.

How my dog can be so sweet but seems irritated by hearty laughter and singing. Where did I go wrong?
On a typical Friday night I am
"I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done"
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
On my 30-mile commute to work, I've been known to thoroughly enjoy the poppy twang and manufactured songwriting of modern radio country music. I assume the day that I don't feel like I have to defend that, is the day I turn into my mother and that's all I listen to. Never! Variety is awesome.
I’m looking for

  • Ages 27–42

You should message me if
You're looking for a prospective partner in crime, don't take everything too seriously (unless the situation requires it), have a sense of humor, like listening to records, and enjoy drinking beers and hanging out. If you can give me tips on where the old, completed, paint by number paintings are hiding out. Or if you're a hard-lovin' rebel with a heart of gold and a modern outlaw.
